VaultWiz Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the VaultWiz website at vaultwiz.com (“Website”), engaging our services, or entering into any agreement with VaultWiz (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Website or services.

2. Description of Services

VaultWiz provides business credit coaching and financial education services, including but not limited to:

Core Services:

  • Business credit education course that includes downloadable templates, investment planning, 1-on1 coaching, and consultation
  • Assistance with business credit applications
  • Financial training programs and workshops
  • Business loan guidance and assistance
  • Personal finance guidance
  • Debt management strategies
  • Educational resources and materials

Additional Services:

  • Email newsletters and communications
  • Downloadable templates and resources
  • Affiliate marketing of third-party products and services
  • Access to our client portal and CRM system

3. Service Fees and Payment Terms

Fee Structure

Our services are provided under the following fee arrangements:

Retainer Fees:

  • Upfront retainer fees ranging from $1,000 to $6,000
  • Retainer amount depends on service package and client needs
  • Retainer fees are due upon execution of service agreement

Performance Fees:

  • Performance fees of 8% to 10% of approved credit amounts
  • Performance fees apply to successful credit approvals we facilitate
  • Performance fees are due within 30 days of credit approval notification

Payment Terms:

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing
  • Payment methods include credit card, ACH, and other approved methods
  • Late payments may incur additional fees and interest charges
  • Client is responsible for all collection costs and attorney fees for unpaid amounts

Third-Party Products

  • Prices for downloadable templates and affiliate products are clearly displayed
  • Third-party affiliate products are subject to the terms and conditions of their respective providers

4. Client Responsibilities and Obligations

By engaging our services, you agree to:

Information Accuracy:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Promptly update us of any changes to your financial or business situation
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

Cooperation:

  • Cooperate fully with our service delivery process
  • Respond promptly to requests for information or documentation

Financial Obligations:

No Guarantee of Results

  • We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or credit approval amounts
  • Credit decisions are made solely by financial institutions
  • Results may vary based on individual circumstances and market conditions
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results

Educational Nature

  • Our services are educational and advisory in nature
  • We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice
  • Clients should consult appropriate professionals for specific legal or tax guidance
  • We are not licensed financial advisors or credit repair organizations

Credit Applications

  • We assist with but do not guarantee credit applications
  • Final credit decisions rest with lending institutions
  • We are not responsible for credit denials or unfavorable terms
  • Performance fees only apply to successful approvals we facilitate

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Termination by VaultWiz

  • Provide false or fraudulent information
  • Violate these Terms or applicable laws
  • Engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior
  • Fail to cooperate with service delivery

Effect of Termination

  • Upon termination, your access to our services and client portal will cease
  • Payment obligations for services rendered remain in effect
  • Confidentiality obligations survive termination
  • You must return or destroy any confidential materials

12. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for purpose
  • We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service delivery

Limitation of Damages

  • Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you for services

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VaultWiz harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming

  • You consent to the jurisdiction of Wyoming courts

Dispute Resolution
